I’ve served clients as a consultant, facilitator, executive coach, mentor and reflection partner since 2004.  I offer a high-impact, added-value service to companies nurturing senior talent: I coach senior managers and leaders, I help teams to drive high-performance and I run leadership workshops and reflection sessions.
