PItch Consulting and Presentation Rehearsal

A UK design and engineering consultancy was bidding for multiple packages of work on a £16bn infrastructure project. Each bid presentation was high-stakes and always at short notice. 

Hilary worked with each bid team to clarify their key messages, to ensure optimum persuasive support and to structure each presentation carefully for impact.  Rehearsal coaching - often to the last minute - built the skill and confidence of the presenters.

Executive Coaching.

An IT manager at an investment bank was uncertain about handling new responsibilities and managing a larger team in a complex environment . Beliefs, assumptions, blocks and patterns of behaviour were considered through the coaching over a number of months.  Relationships and confidence improved, and promotion and greater work satisfaction ensued.
